Apply for the service via the Internet or phone.

Pick up the phone at the airport counter or have it delivered to an address that you specify including your home and office.A receipt will be issued when you return your phone.

2. Pay your bill by credit card, cash or electronic money.

You must make a reservation via the Internet or phone to be eligible for this promotion.
JGC members can also apply for this service when using flights other than JAL.
*Mileage accrual plan and 90-day free rental plan cannot be selected at the same time.
*The unlimited call plan for domestic mobile phones is not eligible for free rental,so be sure to apply from the "mileage accrual type".

Notes on Mileage Accrual Plan
◆Eligibility and the number of miles
You can earn 200 miles per rental mobile phone (for use both within and outside Japan).
In addition, you can earn 2 shopping miles for every JPY200 paid by JAL Card.
If you are a premium member of JAL Card Shopping Mileage Program, you can earn 2 miles for every JPY100 paid by JAL Card.
*Payments made at Narita/Haneda airport (terminal3) counters are eligible for this promotion.
◆How miles are credited
Present your JMB Card or JAL Card when you return the rental mobile phone.
*This promotion cannot be combined with other discount services.
*JAL Card Shopping Miles will automatically be credited.
◆Notes on mileage accrual
- Requests for mileage accrual musts be made before using the service.
- In case of no charge, miles will not be credited.
- Present your JMB Card or JAL Card when you return the rental mobile phone.
- JAL Card Contract Store Mileage Program is applicable only when payments are made at Narita/Haneda airport (terminal3) counters.
Notes
- *Please present your credit card at the airport counter when you pick up the rental mobile phone.
- *Please check the deadline before you submit your application.
- *Your call charges are calculated by using a timer installed in the rental mobile phone.
- *You may be billed the following day depending on the rental phone model you use or how the phone is returned.
- *Late fees will be charged if you do not return the rental mobile phone without contacting JAL ABC. If one week passes from the contracted return date, a rental fee of up to JPY50,000 and call charges may be billed to your credit card.
